Shipping & Processing

PinsAndPixs ships orders to the shipping address provided at checkout. We strive to process and ship all orders promptly; however, delivery times may vary based on product type, shipping method, and destination.

All products are made to order. Please allow:

  • 2–3 business days for printed or embroidered apparel

  • Up to 7 business days for Woven items

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 3–5 business days after shipment

  • International / APO: 7–21 days after shipment

Delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped, not at the time of purchase.

Carrier Delays & Lost Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s handling and timelines. While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we are here to help.

If your package appears lost, delayed, or stalled in transit:

  • Please contact the carrier using your tracking number to initiate a trace or lost package claim.

  • If the issue is not resolved, reach out to us and we’ll assist however we can.

International Shipping

PinsAndPixs offers international shipping. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.

Pre-Sale Items

If your order includes a pre-sale item (such as patches or flags when out of stock), shipping may take 2–5 weeks.
Orders containing pre-sale items ship together unless split shipping is requested. Please contact us if you would like available items shipped separately.
